Please note: to process damaged screen claims, you must report the damage immediately upon receipt of your equipment! Inspect all boxes and make a note of any damage when signing for the delivery. If the boxes are undamaged you should open them up and visually inspect the screens for cracks or other damage. Delaying this process may result in your claim being denied by our freight and manufacturing partners. We will need specific photos to begin processing your claim:
- Complete front of box
- Complete back of box
- Serial number sticker on side of box
- Complete front of display
- Complete back of display
