When should I purchase my signage kit and digital menus for a new store opening?
Lead time on digital and signage kits is up to 4 weeks from the time your payment clears. Please place your order 30 - 45 days before anticipated store opening.
Which forms of payment are accepted?
The most convenient payment method is credit card purchase on this website. Alternatively, we accept ACH wire transfers and check payments. Alternative payment methods may require additional processing time before your order ships.
How do I pay by check?
Place your order normally through this site. On the checkout page, select 'check' as your payment method. Upon checkout you'll be provided the business name and mailing address for check payments. Please include your Walmart store # and your order number from the transaction in your check's memo field. Note that your order will not begin processing until check payment clears, so please allow 7 extra business days.
How do I pay by ACH wire transfer?
Place your order normally through this site. On the checkout page, select 'ACH Bank Wire' as your payment method. Upon checkout you'll be provided the bank account details for your transfer. Contact your bank and arrange the transfer, providing our bank account details. Please use your order number from the transaction to identify your transfer. Note that some transfers may take several days to clear, depending on your bank.
Where should I have the equipment shipped to?
We highly recommend shipping your digital menu package and signage kits to the Walmart store where you are opening. Deliveries will arrive on a pallet in most cases, and delivering to Walmart avoids extra lift gate fees. You can create a user account on this site and sign in to get tracking information when your equipment ships. It will be your responsibility to go to the Walmart receiving area and collect your pallets. Walmart Store Managers can often help you with this.
What should I do if the equipment is damaged in shipping?
Franchisees should plan to receive their equipment and inspect it within 24 hours of delivery. It is very important to confirm that there was no damage to your equipment in transit. Please take photos of the cartons and pallets, then unbox your screens and inspect them for damage. Plug them in to ensure they are working properly. Any physical damage reported beyond 48 hours after delivery may be the customer's responsibility. Twin Towers will exchange any defective media players, but the LCD screens are vulnerable to cracks and other screen damage, so it's critical that they be inspected upon receipt, and then stored safely out of the way. If you believe that damage occurred during shipping please take numerous photos of the damage and contact Twin Towers immediately at 702-903-5818.
How do I install my digital signage?
A full instruction booklet is included with your digital media players. It is advisable to have your general contractor install the equipment towards the end of the construction process. Please contact T3 Digital Signs at 702-903-5818 for assistance with the installation.
